For a two-room unit in Sarfatti or Bligny, monthly rent varies by size, condition and floor. Always check condominium fees before signing.

Serious landlords ask for references, ID and often a guarantee (parents, deposit or surety). We verify both parties to avoid surprises.

Beyond Sarfatti and Bligny, consider Gottardo, Vettabbia and parallel streets: often great value a few minutes' walk from campus.
