Immobiliare Porta Cicca was founded in 1996 in Via Trincea delle Frasche, steps from Porta Ticinese and the Navigli. We are not a portal: we are people who live and work every day between Bocconi, the Navigli, Cattolica and Milan's universities.
We know the buildings, streets and micro-markets block by block. This lets us value accurately, select reliable tenants for student rentals and guide sellers and buyers through to completion — without anonymous intermediaries.
